I retain all rights to the finished commission and preliminary materials produced during the working process, which include but is not limited to: self-promotion, display on public sites and portfolio as commission samples.

I'll post the drawing in my social media if the client allows it.

If I didn't reply to your message after 3 days, it means I don't have any slots left or I have politely declined your commission request.

I have the right to decline your commission request for personal reasons.

I have the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.

I will not do busts for Shaded Lineart and Full Render commissions.

I'll send you screenshots during the process when requested by the client.

I won't do drastic modifications during the process (after the sketch is approved) or after the piece is finished.

I'll send you a Google Drive folder with the finished piece in PNG format (full resolution).

You may request a lower resolution version of the art commission for free.

No refunds will be issued once the sketch has been finished unless I cancel or am incapable of finishing your commission.

Fees for extra props and backgrounds, will occur and will be discussed before further progress of the piece.

Commissions may take several days or months to complete. If art commission is needed by a certain date, additional fees will occur and be discussed before the start of the piece.

Commissions are for personal use only: gift, wallpaper, personal prints, use on social medias with credit to the artist.

No Creative Freedom. Either describe or doodle the commission only.

You will not tamper, remove or edit my watermark from the commission.

Do not trace, edit, resell or make profit from the commission. Cropping the artwork to post online is okay, as long as there is due credit and my watermark is not removed.

Do not use any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, crypto currency, AI image generators and future inventions of these technologies.

If you have any further questions please ask ASAP so there's no future conflict that may slow down my process.

You will pay me 50% or 100% of the price and then I will start working on it. I will only send you the drawing in full resolution on google drive after the other 50% is paid/until the full price is completed.

Commission paid fully and earlier will be prioritized in the commission list.

I only accept USD and MXN (Mexican pesos).

Full refund = The net amount I received after Paypal transaction fee deduction.

Full refund can be requested via my DM BEFORE I start working on the commission.

Strictly no refund once I've finished working on the sketch or after delivery of the final artwork. Please make revisions during the earlier stages to prevent any dissatisfaction.

Do not file chargebacks under any circumstances. Please always contact me first to resolve any issue.

Any and all personal information learned through payment transactions will be kept private whether the art commission is completed, denied or dropped. It will not be discussed between us or anyone else. It will not be released publicly in any way.

Maximum of 3 revisions in lineart/color stage, free of charge. Further revisions will cost additional fees (The price may vary depending on the change).

Please give feedback within 3 days. On day 3, I will send a reminder in case you miss my previous DM. If there's still no contact after 3 days, I will start the next stage without waiting for approval to not cause delay on the commission work.
